Can't Live With 'Em,
Can't Shoot 'Em.

Okay. I missed you guys.

Seriously. I told myself that I would fend off all comers. I would be an ogre. I’d turn a cold face and a hard heart to any of my friends.

And no one called.

I felt lonely.

I went looking for trouble.

Blue is (was?) in the hospital. Which one, we don’t know.

For the record, Blue: Piper doesn’t hate you, or even particularly dislike you. I was angry with you, and not feeling charitable. I used Piper as the monster with which to scare you away. I’m sorry. I’m sorry for not being straight with you, and I’m sorry I dragged him into it.

Magpie is looking for work. Slainté.

Twenty-nine minutes and counting…

I want to game………..!

Milady and I are increasingly happy with our relationship. Comes from seeing the alternatives, I assume. Get back to me in two years…

I’m unhappy with my progress with the business, and have set myself a deadline of April 1, 2003 to have a marketable Business Plan.

I am also looking for work. Different work. The current career plan is bringing me down.

Red’s folks tried to kidnap her.

(I’m going to repeat that, as it sounds vaguely important.)

Red’s family, that I had met not hours before, that had seemed so supportive and caring, made an unsuccessful attempt (and gave it the college try, by the way) to hold Red incommunicado, to spirit her away to the wilds of the Great White North, to take her twenty-two-year-old ass across state lines, in secret, in coercion, and by force, to have her committed to an institution involuntarily, for the imagined crimes of sluttitude, illegal drug use, and questionable mental stability.

The Feddies would have been Really Interested if they had got away with it.

Luckily, Red was able to keep her wits about her, and in no time, Chandler’s Finest, the Boys in Blue, were there to wrest her from the clutches of the evil rents.

She’s got a place to stay, a good job, and a line on a new (to her, anyway) car. She was able to get a lot of her stuff in the last few days, and I’m off to feed the cats in…

Fifteen minutes. And counting…

I need to print something out, but the supervisors are hogging the printers.

Drat them to the dimmest pits of Heck!

I have little else to say. I need to buy a Get Well Soon card, too.

Blessed be, and kiss the loved one of your choice, tonight. Let them know that you love them. For me.

I can’t deal with anyone else calling me…

Ochre
Just another rez thing that you wouldn’t understand, bilégana
